The government of Bangladesh has directed all concerned to ensure foolproof security of the foreigners working in Padma Bridge project in Shariatpur district. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina always enquires about Padma Bridge project as it is the country’s biggest development project, says the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges. Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader on Saturday said the prime minister ordered foolproof security of all foreigners involved in the Padma Bridge project. Work to construct multi-billion-dollar Padma Bridge is going on in full swing in Naodoba in Jajira upazila of Shariatpur and Mawa area. The minister talked with the officials of consulting farms and law enforcement agencies while visiting Naodoba on Saturday afternoon.
