KIM KARDASHIAN GETS $200,000 MONTHLY CHILD SUPPORT SETTLEMENT FROM YE

KIM KARDASHIAN GETS $200,000 MONTHLY CHILD SUPPORT SETTLEMENT FROM YE

Kim Kardashian and Ye, the rapper formerly known as Kanye West, have reached a divorce settlement that includes joint custody of their four children and dividing up their real estate assets, media reports said on Tuesday.

Though they will have joint custody of their children, ages 3, 4, 6, and 9, Kardashian will receive $200,000 a month in child support, as they will spend most of their time with her, the New York Post reported.

The celebrity couple wewasre married in 2014, and Kardashian filed for divorce last year, citing irreconcilable differences.

Ye has courted controversy in recent months by publicly ending major corporate tie-ups and making outbursts on social media against other celebrities. His Twitter and Instagram accounts were restricted, with the social media platforms removing some of his posts that users condemned as antisemitic.

A meeting last week between Ye, Donald Trump, and white supremacist Nick Fuentes, drew rare Republican criticism for the former president.

Details of their divorce settlement were reported by several media outlets, citing Los Angeles County Superior Court documents. Reuters was not immediately able to confirm the documents' authenticity.

The parents must agree on what school the children will attend and other decisions involving therapy, counseling or religious activities, the Post said, citing the court document.

The children will not be allowed to move more than 60 miles (100 km) from Kardashian's home in Hidden Hills near Los Angeles before they finish high school or turn 19 years old, the Post reported. Each parent will have access to the children on their birthdays and other special occasions, the Post said.

Ye has agreed to transfer one Hidden Hills property to Kardashian, who will also keep properties in Malibu and Riverside, California, and Harrison, Idaho, the Post said.

Neither party will pay the other spousal support, and they will each pay their own debts, Sky News reported. They will split the cost of their children's private security, schooling and university, Sky said.

A Kardashian spokesperson declined to comment. Representatives of Ye did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Michael Bay to direct ‘Transformers 5’

Michael Bay to direct ‘Transformers 5’

Producer-director Michael Bay has confirmed that he’ll return to direct “Transformers 5” for the Paramount studio.
The veteran director’s announcement came mere days before the studio releases his Benghazi movie.
Of course, Bay has threatened to wash his hands of the blockbuster franchise before, and he repeated a familiar sentiment on his latest press tour, telling Rolling Stone that the next “Transformers” movie will be his last one.

“I still have a great time. It’s fun to do a movie that 100 million people will see. But this is the last one. I have to pass the reins to someone else,” adding that “it’s time to move on. One more.”

Bay will direct ‘Transformers 5’ from a script by “Black Hawk Down” scribe Ken Nolan and “Iron Man” writers Art Marcum and Matt Holloway.
The story came out of a writer’s room that Akiva Goldsman oversaw on behalf of Bay, producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura and executive producer Steven Spielberg. Mark Wahlberg is slated to return for the fifth film in the series, which is expected to open up the “Transformers” universe, according to a news agency.

Kate Winslet spoken about being bullied as a child

Kate Winslet spoken about being bullied as a child

Kate Winslet has long spoken about being bullied as a child. She most recently opened up about her painful experience to CBS Sunday Morning.

"I was teased for how I looked," the actress said in an interview set to air this weekend. "In part, yeah, because I was quite stocky as a child. And I was very much teased for that."

But now, the Steve Jobs star has come to realise that dealing with mean kids in school has ultimately helped her become the Oscar-winning (not to mention, downright gorgeous) woman she is today.
After revealing to Parade in 2006 that her classmates used to call her "Blubber" and telling Marie Claire UK in 2009 that she was "bullied for being chubby," Winslet says she finally built up the courage to confront one of her former tormentors who was "particularly horrible" as an adult.
"She was working on a beauty counter in a department store," the 40-year-old recounted during an appearance on Running Wild with Bear Grylls earlier this year. "I went up to her and said, 'I want to thank you for being such a bitch because it made me a lot stronger.'"

Well, after getting that off her chest, Winslet has never felt the pressure to look perfect again—and wants you to know that you shouldn't feel forced to either.

"You know, we walk down red carpets. You know, it's part of the job," she further explained to CBS Sunday Morning. "But I think I feel very strongly that it's important to also say to young girls that we don't look like that all the time."

Not only is 25 continuing to hold its throne as the No. 1 selling album throughout the United States, but according to Official Charts, the album was the most-sold album during Christmas week in the U.K. as well. Adele signing autographs on her latest album Source: James Devaney/Getty Images The news follows Adele's North American leg of her recently announced world tour selling out within minutes, causing many American fans to take to social media in frustration, as Mic previously reported. "Hello from the ticket line," read one tweet Dec. 17 from Maggie Hunter, who tried purchasing tickets in Texas. "I've clicked refresh a thousand times." "This feels like such a long time coming, my new album is finally out," Adele tweeted Nov. 20 after releasing 25. "I am so overwhelmed and grateful to be able to even put another record out, and put it out how I want. The last month has been a whirlwind, it's literally taken my breath away. I hope you enjoy the record as much as I enjoyed making it for you."

Edward Norton launches fundraising campaign to help Syrian refugee

Save the Children announced Sunday that Cohen and Fisher have given $500,000 to the organization to fund a measles vaccination program for children in Northern Syria. The couple gave another $500,000 to support families, particularly women and children in and around Syria, by funding education, health care, shelter, and sanitation.
“By allowing us to make their generous donation to the Syrian children public, Sacha and Isla are helping highlight the tragedy of the issue today,” Save the Children CEO Justin Forsyth said in a news release. “These are desperate times for Syrian families facing bombs, bullets, and torture in Syria. The couple’s donation will save many thousands of lives and protect some of the most valuable children.”
According to Save the Children, more than seven million people have been displaced inside Syria, and four million are currently living in the surrounding states.
“Sacha and Isla’s donation is a great expression of humanity, and a challenge to do more for the most vulnerable,” David Miliband, president and CEO of the IRC, added. “I hope it is an example to many others seeking practical ways of making a difference during the Christmas and New Year season.”

Adele credits Sarah Palin

Adele credits Sarah Palin

Adele says Sarah Palin is directly responsible for her career as a singer.

Adele recounted recentlyhow the former Alaska governor and GOP candidate for vice president made an appearance on "Saturday Night Live" in October, 2008 during the height of the presidential campaign when Adele, then still relatively unknown, was the show’s musical guest.

That was the episode where Palin and Tina Fey, playing Sarah Palin, famously acknowledged one another during the show's cold opening.

"It was one of the most watched SNLs ever and then it was two weeks before the Grammy ballot, which is when people decide what songs they want to maybe nominate, so, like, literally the stars aligned for me," she said. "The album shot to number one on iTunes and I was nominated for a Grammy and then I won one! It was a joke! It was a joke. All thanks to Sarah Palin!"

Upon hearing of Adele’s story, Palin sent her a copy of her book “Sweet Freedom” with an inscription in which she said in part: “So… rumor has it you recently threw me some credit for your amazing success – very kind coming from someone like you.”

Adele sang two songs on Saturday's "SNL," and her hit single "Hello" was the subject of a new "SNL" Thanksgiving skit, according to BBC.

Angelina's sons Maddox and Pax working on 'First They Killed My Father'

Love for films and filmmaking is quite evident in Hollywood star Angelina Jolie's sons Maddox and Pax as the two have joined their mother in the making of her next directorial venture "First They Killed My Father". Co-written by Jolie, 40, the film is adapted from a memoir about by Loung Ung about the 1970s genocide in Cambodia by the Khmer Rouge. Maddox, 14, who originally hails from Combodia, is helping with the research work, while 11-year-old Pax is clicking stills, reported People magazine. "Pax is doing a lot of the stills. The whole movie is from a child's point of view," the "Maleficent" actress said. Maddox also worked as a production assistant on Jolie's recent movie, "By the Sea", her first first on-screen collaboration with husband Brad Pitt in 10 years.

"By the Sea" is a very personal film for Angelina Jolie Pitt

"By the Sea" is a very personal film for Angelina Jolie Pitt

"By the Sea" is a very personal film for Angelina Jolie Pitt — and not just because it reunites her onscreen with her husband, Brad Pitt. It's not even because she wrote, directed, produced and stars in the film.

"By the Sea" opens in theaters Nov. 13

"By the Sea" is personal because it was inspired by the grief of losing her mother in 2007, Jolie Pitt said Thursday at the film's premiere, AFI Fest's opening-night gala at Hollywood's TCL Chinese Theatre.

She started writing when she was missing her mother, without knowing exactly what she was creating.

"By the Sea" is a slow, quiet drama about a wealthy American couple on a French seaside retreat. Roland (Pitt) is there to write, but mostly just ends up drinking. Vanessa (Jolie Pitt) is there to relax, but ends up grumping around and popping pills. They avoid each other and their relationship is clearly strained. Their dynamic begins to change when they befriend (and secretly spy on) a newlywed couple on their honeymoon.
