Canada’s High Commissioner to Bangladesh Benoît-Pierre Laramée and all the employees at the Canadian High Commission have hoped that the perpetrators of Hoshi Kunio’s murder will be brought to justice soon, according to a message posted on the high commission’s official Facebook page. They also expressed deep shock at the murder of Japanese citizen Hoshi Konio by masked gunmen on Sept 3.
“We are all deeply saddened by this tragedy and sincerely hope that the perpetrators will be brought to justice soon,” the message reads. Through the message, the high commissioner and all the employees at the Canadian High Commission in Dhaka conveyed their deep condolences to the family and colleagues of Kunio.
They also Japanese national, Hoshi Kunio, 66, was shot to death by unidentified assailants in Rangpur on Saturday, just five days after an Italian aid worker was murdered in the capital's Gulshan area. at Alutari in Kawnia upazila in Rangpur district
