Three Bangladesh Hajj pilgrims, including two female pilgrims, passed away in Holy Mecca-al-Mukarrama in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Inna Lillahe wa inna ilaihe rajeun). The three Bangladesh nationals went to Saudi Arabia to perform the Hajj this year, breathed their last on Wednesday and Thursday, according to the Mecca help desk of Bangladesh Hajj mission in Mecca. With the death of three more pilgrims, a total of 28 Bangladesh Hajj pilgrims, including 7 female ones, died in Saudi Arabia during this year’s Hajj season so far. The three Hajj pilgrims who died on Wednesday-Thursday were identified as Fatema Begum, 62, Pilgrim ID No. 111007 who hailed from Goholakshmipur under Kotwali Police Station in Faridpur district. She died at Al Noor Hospital in Mecca on September 10. Shamsun Nahar, 58, Pilgrim ID No. 1032145, expired on September 9. She hailed from Jamgara under Diyakhali in Ashulia on the outskirts of Dhaka city. Taher Ali Molla, 72, Pilgrim ID No. 0074085 who hailed from Badalghata of Manda Upazila in Naogaon district. He breathed his last on September 9, the Bangladesh Hajj Mission in Mecca said, according to a news agency.
